I always wanted to work and grow well professionally. As when it was needed for me to choose between work and family, I had to ;eave my career for my children. When I wanted to come back, I realized how much the industry had changed over the years and found the task difficult to get back on track.
I came across Gadgeon's back-to-work program and I got selected for the opportunity to restart my career journey with Gadgeon.
I am proud the say that the environment here in Gadgeon helped me regain confidence. I am being guided and mentored which helped me upskilled myself and learn the latest technologies.I am happy and thankful to the leaders and peers here for trusting me and giving a hand when needed. I took a career break after my first kid and got carried over with family responsibilities for the next 5 years.Getting back to work thoughts were always within my mind but I had no idea how to get into the right place.
I got to know Gadgeon's 'Welcome back to work' initiative through my close friends and applied with no second thoughts.I had heard of Gadgeon and the whole success story long back itself, but never thought I would be part of this great team and company.
Today I am very proud and confident about myself and also I am an inspiration and hope for all my friends who had taken a similar career break.Being part of Gadgeon is one of the best things that has happened in my life.
Being part of the “Welcome back to Work Campaign” by Gadgeon was a positive experience. When I was ready to find myself and rebuild my career again, the journey of finding a job was quite overwhelming and difficult. I guess God had different plans for me. My advice to anyone else thinking of rebuilding a career is to just go for it. I'm really happy to be back in the workplace doing what I enjoy.

I had many concerns i.e.: we are not working in the office atmosphere and have not met any of my team members and how things are going on, etc. But with the help of my team members, it becomes easier for ramping up to new technology and project. Even after 8 years, the desire to be part of the working community was very strong in me. Only issue was who will be ready to accept us back into the working stream and the fear whether I will be able to perform to the expectation.
Thanks to Gadgeon's back to work program, I am back in the working stream. Even after a gap of 8 years, Gadgeon was ready to give me that chance. I was made part of a team which was so friendly, helpful and supportive, I didn't even felt the tension, even though I was working on a technology which was new to me.

This is a small write-up about my experience with Gadgeon.
Gadgeon gave me a canvas and asked me to throw paint on it. That painting is the Salesforce team. Gadgeon taught me that there are no secrets to success other than pure dedication and hard work. It influenced me to own up to my flaws and work on the wrong that I want to rectify. The liberty and the unbiased work atmosphere gave a totally new perspective to the otherwise mythical and hefty processes.
It has been more than eight years since I joined GadgEon. I had a wonderful journey of learning, growing(technically and personally), and making some wonderful friends in a beautiful atmosphere. What I like the most about Gadgeon is its highly skilled and motivated team with a thirst for continuous growth and attitude to continuously push their limits to gain new heights.
One thing that impresses me the most is the attitude of all employees at Gadgeon. I always get to see a sense of company loyalty in most team members, mixed with bonafide job satisfaction. The company allows you to wear multiple hats, empowers you with the freedom to make decisions and has a good mix of young and old workforce to team up with. I have spent two years with the organisation and have a lot to be thankful for.

Rather than doing pure software, I always wish to work on math-oriented problems. I got to work in many areas like signal processing, algorithm intensive problems and image processing. Working in my interest has kept me happy here, and I wish to thank Gadgeon for the same.
I joined Gadgeon as a Software Trainee in 2012, currently holding the position of Technical Lead. During my nine years with Gadgeon, I have seen that Gadgeon always had an excellent team with a wide range of skill sets, which can help any client to achieve their goals and objectives. I had the opportunity to work on different aspects of the business in a short period, including Lead Generation, Sales Management, Solution Development, and, more importantly, Customer Interaction. The learning that brings you from this process is enormous, and it creates a quest to learn more every day.
