Our customer, a leading Healthcare service provider was looking to develop a Nerve stimulator aimed to treat inflammatory diseases when drugs are not effective and surgery not possible. The device should use certain frequencies of audio signal at different amplitude for nerve stimulation.

    • Modular & Small form-factor design – 49.5*31.75mm, 4-layer 1 mm thick rigid PCB.
    • Critical placement & routing to accommodate all components  in small form factor
  • Fabrication and Assembly /BOM
    • DFM and DFA reviews 
    • Low cost CBOMs with low-cost alternatives identified for high-cost parts, lifetime check for critical components in design.
    • The device can generate 1Khz to 10Khz audio signals via I2S interface.
  • Firmware Development
    • The device supports BLE controlled by nrf softdevice.
    • The device can generate 1Khz to 10Khz audio signals via I2S interface.
    • The device is controlled from mobile app.
  • Bring-up and Testing
    • Initial bring-up of the board followed by detailed Electrical interface validation(EVT) including  interface validation for the various interfaces
  • Mechanical & 3D Design
    • Mechanical and 3-D design and Customization of off-the shelf mechanical enclosure to fit for the two products.
