Our customer, a leading solution provider across industries was looking for an engineering partner to develop a Next-Gen Intelligent Transport Management (ITMS) system for efficient surveillance and management inside Transport vehicles for commuter safety.

- A highly scalable & and secure ITMS is designed, developed, and tested, with components like: IP Cameras, Sensors, EC200u Modem, Hard disk, Driver console, LED displays, CAN port, and Emergency button.
- The system supports FOTA for seamless firmware updates and USB options for upgrading.
- The system has high-definition IP cameras supporting superior video quality and real-time camera recording.
- The system has GNSS status for accurate location tracking and external RTC for precise timekeeping.
Our Solution
- Gadgeon designed an Integrated Transport Management System (ITMS) that collects, processes, and transmits data to a remote server from a public transport vehicle such as a bus.
- The data is collected from multiple sources such as sensors, cameras, GPS receivers, CAN bus, and onboard diagnostic systems and stored locally in a hard disk or SSD.
- Collected data includes live video footage, push button status, vehicle coordinates, speed, fuel consumption, engine diagnostic, etc.
- The design caters to the system with features like scalability, optimization, device configuration, remote monitoring, alert notifications, and integration with cloud /third-party systems as per AIS410 standard.

- High-speed 64-bit 2-core cortex A57 Renesas RZ/G2N series processor, 4GB RAM, 32GB Emmc.
- User Interface: 10.1” Touch display with accurate Touch controls, and LED indications
- Real-time recording and storage: The system features real-time recording and storage for accurate telematics data and surveillance footage.
- Multiple network connectivity options - 4G LTE, Wi-Fi, BLE, Ethernet, USB 3.0,2.3, UART, SPI, I2C, CAN, KLINE and option for mini PCIE and SATA.
- The system integrates with the emergency server web app for real time tracking, monitoring, and response.
- The vehicle system Interface includes RS485, RS232, CAN, digital input/output and analog input.
